Silicone replica, also known as vacuum replica, is a process of defoaming, stirring, preheating, injection molding of casting materials under vacuum conditions, and secondary curing molding in a constant temperature box of 60-80 degrees for 2-3 hours. It is suitable for small batch trial production in product development and can achieve fast and small batch shipment without opening plastic molds!

Casting materials: two-component polyester PU, AXSON polyurethane resin, Hei cast polyester resin

Physical properties: Similar to ABS, PP like, PA like, PMMA/PC transparent parts

Soft rubber parts (40-90shord D), high temperature resistant parts (150 degrees), fire-resistant materials, etc

Standard replication accuracy: -0.2mm/100mm

Thickness of poured sample (wall thickness): minimum 0.5mm, optimal 1.5-5mm

Maximum casting workpiece size: 2000mm * 1200mm * 1000mm
