1. Welding - refers to the process of locally or globally heating or causing plastic deformation of the welded parts, or heating and plastic deformation simultaneously, to achieve permanent connection. It can be divided into manual arc welding, gas shielded arc welding, laser welding, segment welding, and contact welding. Our main engineer uses gas shielded welding contact welding.

1.1 Gas shielded arc welding - During gas shielded arc welding, the electrode arc zone and welding pool are under the protection of shielding gas, and argon gas is used to protect the surface of the weld seam from rain oxides and inclusions. Welding can be performed at any spatial position, and the forming process of welding can be observed with the naked eye and adjusted for high production efficiency.

1.2 Contact welding refers to the welding method in which the welding joint is formed by applying pressure to the welded part in a molten or non molten state during instantaneous heating of the connecting part. It can be divided into butt welding, spot welding, and seam welding.

2. Threaded connections have the advantages of easy local installation, convenient disassembly, and simple operation. They are commonly used for detachable steel structure connections and can be divided into screw connections and bolt connections.

3. Riveting is a method of connecting metal structural parts or assemblies together using rivets. There are many types of rivets, including closed round head rivets, closed countersunk head rivets, open round head rivets, and open countersunk head rivets.

4. Adhesive bonding is a method of connecting the required components together using adhesive. But for some special materials, laser cutting is also impossible to achieve
